MicroNeedling PRP Facial FAQs

Does MicroNeedling hurt?

A topical anesthetic cream is used before the treatment, so discomfort is minimal. The most sensitive areas tend to be the forehead and upper lip. Redness and swelling or bruising after treatment/ post treatment may occur but typically only lasts 24-48 hours, until the skin returns to normal.

How long before you see results?

While MicroNeedling is a revolutionary skin treatment, the healing results are seen over time.

Final results won’t be noticeable for three to twelve months, as boosting collagen and elastin within the dermis take time. Results are dependent on the individual.

Best visible results are seen with a series of 4 to 12 treatments, spaced 3 to 6 weeks apart.

The complexion becomes more even and brighter over time and the results are enhanced if combined with specific medical grade creams and active ingredients recommended by your therapist.
